The President of the Republic of Ghana;
H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akofu Addo in Novermber 2017 extended invitation to Ghana’s King of Africa Dancehall Music Shatta Wale to celebrate birthday with him.
As part of the celebration, the President in his honor delightfully offered the Star a Medal of Honor [a gift of Ghana’s Coat of Arms] as an appreciation for his effort in putting Ghana Music on the World’s Market.
According to news reaching this platform, in awake of the VGMA fracas involving Shatta Wale and Stone Bwoy, the President has however expressed disappointment in his favorite StarBoy and has withdrawn the gift [The Medal of Honor]..
It is however a sad moment for the Shatta Movement Family
